Our Approach

From idea
to execution.

01

Understand the Opportunity

We map the project scope, market context and operational requirements — clarifying exactly what needs to be built and why.

02

Build the Structure

We design the operating model, define roles and establish the frameworks that will carry the project forward.

03

Deploy the Team

We recruit, organise and activate the right people — whether internal hires, field operatives or specialist contractors.

04

Manage and Improve

We monitor performance, resolve operational issues and continuously refine the project to deliver measurable results.

Managed Field Operations
for Shared Mobility.

Supporting shared mobility operators with managed parking teams, mobile mechanics, local team leadership and operational reporting.

A managed extension of your field operation

KERB is FLN Group's specialist field operations division for shared micromobility. We recruit, coordinate and manage our own field teams, allowing operators to increase capacity without adding unnecessary day-to-day workforce management.

Our teams work according to the operational priorities, task allocation and performance requirements defined by the client. A dedicated KERB Team Leader coordinates delivery, manages attendance and replacement cover, and provides a single operational point of contact.

Parking Operations

Managed parking teams responding to incorrectly parked vehicles, priority locations and assigned parking tasks across agreed operating areas.

Mobile Mechanics

On-street inspections, first-line repairs and field interventions carried out by mechanics with relevant cycle maintenance experience.

Local Team Leadership

A dedicated working Team Leader coordinating deployment, attendance, replacements, quality checks and daily communication.

Operational Reporting

Clear task records, completion evidence and structured reporting to provide visibility across field activity.

Operating model

Built around field delivery

Experienced Field Network

Access to mechanics, parking operatives and supervisors with relevant experience across cycle maintenance and shared mobility field operations.

Active Recruitment Pipeline

Established sourcing and onboarding processes that support rapid mobilisation and replacement coverage.

Managed Teams

KERB recruits, coordinates and supervises its own workforce rather than simply passing individual workers to the client.

Flexible Deployment

Teams can be structured around borough coverage, seasonal demand, specific workstreams or a defined pilot.

Start with a defined pilot

KERB can begin with a limited operating area or a defined workstream, allowing both parties to agree the team structure, task model, reporting requirements and success measures before scaling.

Discuss a Pilot
  • Defined borough or operating area
  • Parking and/or mobile mechanical scope
  • Dedicated KERB Team Leader
  • Agreed reporting and review process
  • Scalable team structure
